The core design strategy establishes clear circulation and privacy boundaries between different floors, while projecting a stable yet contemporary image for the corporate headquarters and ensuring ample natural light and ventilation for the residential units.

The façade employs perforated metal mesh as its primary architectural language, providing sun shading, privacy, and ventilation. Within a rational structural framework, this porous layer allows the building to breathe, expressing a stable and contemporary corporate identity.
