Adjacent to Shangfeng Elementary School, the project balances the pursuit of spatial efficiency with a response to the public nature of its neighborhood. An open shared space facing the street is retained, allowing the residential building to become an extension of community life.

The corner condition is deliberately activated with seating, greenery, and play elements facing the school. This forms a daily node for pause and interaction, offering a shared platform where residents and neighbors can naturally encounter one another.
