MONI莫尼早餐以｢城市中的清晨靜點」為設計概念，透過乾淨俐落的立面，隔絕繁忙街道的喧囂，為匆忙的日常保留一處純淨的開始。
入口引導視線進入由內場工序整合而成的量體空間，成為場域的視覺焦點。
MONI Breakfast is conceived around the idea of “a quiet morning in the city.” Through a clean and restrained façade, the space withdraws from the surrounding urban noise, offering a calm and unhurried beginning to the day.
The entrance draws the gaze inward toward a carefully composed volumetric space, becoming the visual anchor of the interior.

光帶與小冰柱玻璃交錯排列，延續空間節奏，使光影在不同時段呈現豐富層次；同時保留老屋原有的磨石子元素，讓歷史質感與當代設計在空間中對話。
整體營造出一處兼具動感與溫度的晨間場域，讓早餐不只是日常，更是一段被設計包圍的開始。
Interlaced light strips and icicle-shaped glass elements extend the spatial rhythm, allowing light and shadow to shift throughout the day. Original terrazzo surfaces from the existing building are preserved, creating a quiet dialogue between historical texture and contemporary design.
The result is a morning space that balances warmth and subtle movement—where breakfast becomes not merely a routine, but a thoughtfully designed beginning to the day.
